According to a desirable embodiment of the present invention, a PHC pile used for a high-strength PC member and integrally having connection reinforcement bars comprises: a concrete pile main body of which the cross-sectional center has a hollow along the longitudinal axis thereof; longitudinal PC steel rods; a spiral reinforcement bar formed on the outsides of the PC rods; and a ring-shaped cross section. The PHC pile includes: a longitudinal flat coupling surface on one surface on the outside of the PHC pile; and pairs of the connection reinforcement bars formed on the coupling surface at regular intervals, wherein each of the connection reinforcement bars has: a shear connection part of which one end is embedded in the PHC pile; and a coupling part protruding to the outside of the coupling surface, arranged in the longitudinal direction of the PHC pile, and formed to be bent vertically downward or upward. Therefore, according to the present invention, the connection reinforcement bars of desired parts such as a beam, a slab, and a basement composite wall are unfolded to function as shear connection members or coupling members. Especially, the outer wall of a basement and the pillar or the wall of the ground can be constructed to be maximally adjacent to the border line of a lot, the thickness of the basement composite wall can be reduced when the basement composite wall is constructed, and a furring strip and the slab can be easily coupled.
