The present invention provides a composition capable of manufacturing a high-performance PHC pile by substituting cement with silica-based slag fine powder obtained by pulverizing granulated ferronickel slag to have fineness greater than cement particles in a ferronickel industrial by-product, which is a steel raw material product, and a method for manufacturing a PHC pile using the same.
