The present invention relates to a powdered formula mixing apparatus capable of being portable outdoors and preparing powdered formula by being provided with a desired amount of water which can be adjusted within a specified temperature and powdered formula. According to the present invention, warm powdered formula can be prepared regardless of space since hot water can be instantly prepared at an appropriate temperature and powdered formula can be mixed outdoors.
