摘要

The present invention relates to a screening method of sialyltransferase variants, the characteristics of the variants, genes encoding the enzymes of the variants, and the systhesis of sialyloligosaccharides using the same. According to the present invention, a pasteurella-derived -2, 3 sialyltransferase and a photobacterium-derived -2, 6 sialyltransferase improved through protein engineering variation are provided. In addition, according to the present invention, the sialyltransferase variants are capable of reducing side reactions and improving productivity in the production reactions of 3- and 6- sialyloligosaccharides, thereby reducing production costs.
