The present invention relates to a biopesticide composition of soluble concentrate formulation and, in particular, to a composition of soluble concentrate formulation for controlling plutella xylostella, comprising bacillusthuringiensis (Bt) and biopesticides derived from entomopathogenic bacteria raising the insecticidal property of the Bt, as active ingredients, to a preparation method thereof, and a controlling method using the same. The present invention provides a composition of soluble concentrate formulation for controlling plutella xylostella, which comprises 46-55 v/v% of Bt culture concentrate where a Bt medium is concentrated 7 to 15 times, 35-44 v/v% of xenorhabdusnematophila (Xn) medium, and 6-15 v/v% of alcohol, and which is diluted with water 500 to 2000 times when in use. The composition of soluble concentrate formulation can reduce production costs, is easy to use, and can exhibit an excellent control effect against plutella xylostella to replace conventional Bt formulations and eco-friendly agricultural materials, thereby being widely used in the agriculture sector.
