The present invention relates to a system for preventing damage by a subsea oil well accident from spreading. A main housing enclosing an outer space of a BOP device is installed in the upper end of a subsea oil well to seal the same. Even if the BOP device is failed when the subsea oil well accident occurs, the system for preventing damage by the subsea oil well accident from spreading secondarily prevents gas or oil from erupting to prevent secondary damage and an oil well explosion accident. The system for preventing damage by the subsea oil well accident from spreading recollects the oil or the gas or blocks the subsea oil well according to the selection of a user by including a closing unit for closing an inner space of a main housing, and an oil gas collection unit for collecting the oil or the gas from the inner space of the main housing.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
