In an EMBMS chatting service providing system for providing a multiple chatting service, provided is an EMBMS chatting service providing system including: at least one user equipment (UE) which requests opening of a chatting channel in order to transmit and receive a conversation message with a plurality of wired and wireless subscribers participating in the channel channel, or selects one chatting channel among previously opened chatting channels by receiving notice information as to the previously opened chatting channels, and transmits and receives the conversation message and a content; an evolved broadcast multicast-services center (eBM-SC) which notifies information about the previously opened chatting channels to the user equipment, and performs to control an EMBMS service in order to transmit and receive the conversation message and the content through a chatting channel selected by the user equipment; and a service provider server which transmits user service information required in controlling the EMBMS service, first bearer service information including a user service identifier for distinguishing the EMBMS user service, which is used in requesting registration of the EMBMS bearer service and the content per chatting channel for the eBM-SC in order for the user equipment to transmit and receive the conversion message with the wired and wireless subscribers participating in the chatting channel.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
