The present invention relates to a franchise business system using a fooding car and a sales method for the same. The franchise business system using a fooding car includes: a member information management server which receives input of personal information of an applicant and processes the information; a contract management server which executes a contract conclusion process for a franchise business with members; a server which provides members whose contract process is completed with a fooding car and materials necessary for a fooding car business; a communication server which builds and manages a communication network with the fooding car of each member; a content providing server which provides the members with advertising content; and a payment server which manages price payment of the members.
