A desalination system capable of recovering the osmotic energy of ultra-high salinity water of the present invention comprises a first pressure delivery means for increasing the pressure of a first solution of introduced ultra-high salinity water; a first semipermeable membrane facility capable of generating osmotic energy due to the difference in concentrations of inflow water and a second solution by introducing fluid having passed through the first pressure delivery means as the inflow water of an osmosis draw solution, and introducing the second solution having a lower salinity than the first solution; a pressurizing pump for filtering the solvent of the second solution through the first semipermeable membrane facility so as to dilute the inflow water and increase the volume, and allowing to produce fresh water from a part or the entire outflow water of the first semipermeable membrane facility including the osmotic energy or osmosis through a second semipermeable membrane facility; a second pressure delivery means for increasing the pressure of the outflow water of the first semipermeable membrane; and the second semipermeable membrane facility for producing fresh water by introducing the fluid having passed through the pressurizing pump as RO inflow water, wherein the pressure of the concentrated water before filtering through the second semipermeable membrane facility is delivered to the outflow water of the first semipermeable membrane facility through the second pressure delivery means, and a part of the outflow water of the first semipermeable membrane facility having received the pressure of the second pressure delivery means is introduced to the first semipermeable membrane facility.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
