The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing environmentally-friendly ceramics varnishing with lacquer having flame resistance which are directly heated for boiling and drinking tea. By manufacturing the ceramics varnishing with lacquer using the method, the surface is not deformed by fire, and lacquer can be easily varnished on the ceramics so that lacquer can be useful. If food is stored in such ceramics varnishing with lacquer, antibacterial, rotproof, and cleanliness properties can be maintained, rotting of foods can be prevented, and shelf life can be maintained for long time. Traditionally, a pottery is used when manufacturing fermented food such as bean paste or red pepper paste; however, if a pottery varnishing with lacquer is used in the fermentation instead of using the regular pottery, fermentation can be performed in better and fresh way.
