Delirium Estimation Model System and Method, and Delirium Prediction System Using the Same

PURPOSE: A delirium high-risk group prediction model system, a prediction model method, and a prediction system using the mentioned system and method are provided to predict the occurrence possibility of delirium targeting intensive care unit patients, and to automatically determine a high-risk group based on delirium prediction model method and the results of the model. CONSTITUTION: A prediction model setting unit(110) sets a prediction model. A variable selection unit(130) produces WOE(Weight Of Evidence) and IV(Information Value) through the sectionization of variables which are going to be used in the prediction model. Based on calculated WOE and IV, a variable selection unit selects variables. Based on the selected variables, a prediction power estimating unit(140) obtains a misclassification table. The prediction power estimating unit evaluates predictability about the prediction model.
