Injetion mold with rapid heating and cooling cycles and Injection method thereof

PURPOSE: An injection molding device and an injection method thereof are provided to allow rapid heating and to improve an air cooling effect when cooling. CONSTITUTION: An injection molding device comprises a heater and a cooling member in one of a core mold(200) and a cavity mold. The core mold comprises a heating core and a core mold fixing plate(220). The heating core is cut in a designated thickness according to shape of the cavity and comprises a bending heater(211) in cross section. The core mold fixing plate fixes the heating core and includes the cooling member. The cooling member includes a cooling waterway insulation hole(230) and a second insulation hole(240). The cooling waterway insulation hole cools the core mold fixing plate and the bending heater. The second insulation hole secondly cools air in a location spaced from the cooling waterway insulation hole.
