Double microcapsule powder comprising peanut sprout extract, making method thereof and application thereof

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for double microcapsule powder including peanut sprout extract is provided to have a main ingredient as peanut sprouts including resveratrol and to use the main ingredient as a first and a second capping material. CONSTITUTION: The emulsion of peanut sprout extract is gained after a main ingredient of peanut sprout extract(10), a first capping material(20), and a first emulsifier are mixed. The emulsion of peanut sprout extract is mixed with a second capping material(30) and a second emulsifier to gain double microcapsule emulsion. The emulsion of peanut sprout extract is changed into powder to get double microcapsule powder(100). The emulsion of peanut sprout extract is gained after peanut sprouts are added into ethanol and extracted using a water bath. The extract is compressed, cooled and dried. The first capping material is selected among MCT, hydrogenated corn oil, soybean oil, safflower seed oil and butter oil. The second capping material is selected among maltodextrin, whey protein concentrate, wax, silicates, gelatin and cellulose.
