An IFC based three-dimensional visualization device is disclosed. For this, the device includes an extraction module extracting a construction class including construction information from IFC data; a class generation module generating a three-dimensional object class by applying a communication class including communication information to the construction class; and a rendering module generating a three-dimensional virtual building including the construction information and the communication information by performing three-dimensional rendering based on the three-dimensional object class.
