PURPOSE: A ubiquitous based wellness induction system and a method thereof are provided to ubiquitously connect an authentication center to a fitness center of various locations, thereby freely using the fitness center of the various locations. CONSTITUTION: Fitness centers(10) transmit an exercise history of an exerciser to an outside by using exercise equipment. An authentication center(20) calculates the amount of exercise of the exerciser with the exercise history of the transmitted exerciser. A charging center(30) inputs and stores the amount of the exercise provided from a group which the exerciser is included and a compensation table regulating an exercise compensation matched with the amount of the exercise.
