PURPOSE: A non-halogen type primer composition is provided to improve wettability and cohesive force without using harmful aromatic solvent and halogenic resin, and the adhesive strength of an inadhesive shoe material such as biodegradable ethylene vinyl acetate form, etc. CONSTITUTION: A primer composition comprises 2-6 weight% of polyurethane acrylate resin, 1.0-2.5 weight% of thermoplastic polyurethane resin, 0.5-1.5 weight% of nanocomposite, 0.5-1.5 weight% of tackifier, and 88.5-96 weight% of solvent. Polyurethane prepolymer including hydroxyl group is manufactured using 35-45 mole% of polycaprolactone having hydroxyl group in the end and 50 mole% of diisocyanate. The polyurethane acrylate resin is manufactured by synthesizing the polyurethane prepolymer with 5-15 mole% of hydroxyethyl methacrylate as a chain lengthener.
