PURPOSE: A game abuser detecting method and a server for implementing the same are provided to detect whether a user connecting is a game abuser or not. CONSTITUTION: Whether a game associated data corresponds to game normal distribution data or internet protocol (IP) address data or not is determined by processing the game associated data which is received from a user terminal. Whether a user which is connected through the user terminal corresponds to a game abuser or not is determined based on at least one of first abnormality degree information regarding where the game normal distribution data shows up in a section of normal distribution and second abnormality degree information regarding a use type of the IP address data.
