PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of perlite insulation board and a perlite insulation board are provided to enhance heat insulation and mechanical strength by mixing perlite powder, aerogel powder and binder at an optimal ratio. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of perlite insulation board comprises the following steps: manufacturing a mixture by mixing perlite powder, inorganic binder, inorganic fiber, additive and silica aerogel powder (110); obtaining a molded product of the mixture by using a mold (121); and drying the molded product (130). The inorganic binder is sodium silicate, and the inorganic fiber is fiber glass, and the additive is silicone. The mixture of the first step is manufactured by mixing 900g of water, 1270g of perlite powder, 1250g of sodium silicate, 22g of fiber glass, 20g of silicon and 33g of silica aerogel powder. The perlite insulation board includes 1-90 volume% of silica aerogel particle and 10-90 volume% of perlite powder.
