Anit-inflammation Composition and Skin-whitening Compostion Using a Fermentation Product of Kiwifruits

PURPOSE: An anti-inflammatory composition and a skin whitening composition using a kiwi fruit fermentation are provided to suppress NO, PGE2, and inflammatory cytokine generation, and melanogenesis. CONSTITUTION: An anti-inflammatory composition contains a kiwi fruit fermentation which is prepared by inoculating lactic acid bacteria and yeast to a crushed kiwi fruit and fermenting. Sugar is added to the crushed kiwi fruit as an energy source. The lactic acid bacteria and the yeast are Lactobacillus plantarum and Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The composition is a pharmaceutical composition, a food composition, or a cosmetic composition.
