A hybrid state estimation system of a segmented power system using synchrophasor measurement information includes: a phasor measurement unit (PMU) which is installed in a first bus, and is a first information collection part for measuring phasor information synchronized to the time of a global positioning system; a phasor measurement bus state estimation part for estimating the amplitude of a voltage and a voltage phase angle of the first bus, which are state variables, according to the phasor information measured by the PMU; a phasor measurement adjacent bus state estimation part for estimating the amplitude of a voltage and a voltage phase angle of a second bus, which are state variables, on the ground of the estimated amplitude of the voltage and the estimated voltage phase angle of the first bus, and effective electric power, reactive power and a line constant of a power transmission line connecting the second bus to the first bus measured by a second information collection part; and a whole bus state estimation part for estimating the amplitude of a voltage and a voltage phase angle of each of buses, on the ground of the amplitude of the voltage, the effective electric power, the reactive power of each bus except the first bus and the second bus measured by a third information collection part, and effective electric power and reactive power injected to each bus.
