The present invention relates to a method for estimating line constant of power systems, and more specifically, to a method for estimating line constant of the power systems by using time synchronization data configured to calculate accurate line constant by using data derived by measuring bus voltage and current having high sampling and accuracy in a synchrophasor installed in power systems. The method for estimating line constant by using measured data of time synchronization with respect to the power systems comprises: a measured data storage step of storing data derived by measuring a time-synchronized instantaneous value voltage and current of a bus on both ends of a line of the power systems, by using a line constant estimation system; a parameter calculation step of calculating predetermined parameter data from the measured data with respect to the bus of the power systems, by using the line constant estimation system; and a line constant calculation step of calculating predetermined line constant data from the calculated parameter data, by using the line constant estimation system.
