The present invention relates to a dimple type aerodynamic drag reducing device of a high-speed train for improving the traveling performance of the high-speed train by improving the structure of a front vehicle of the high-speed train and reducing aerodynamic drag generated when the high-speed train travels. The device is formed by installing an auxiliary cover in which multiple dimples are formed at uniform intervals on the front portion of the high-speed train. The depth of each dimple is controlled according to the operation of air supply and discharge units. According to the present invention, a turbulent boundary layer is formed by forming the dimples on the front portion of the high-speed train, and pressure resistance and aerodynamic drag is reduced by generating flow separation on the rear portion of the surface of the high-speed train and reducing a slipstream area after the flow separation more than the front portion which does not have the dimples. Specially, the device reduces the waste of energy for traveling the high-speed train by reducing the aerodynamic drag and reduces noise around a railroad and noise in the high-speed train.
