摘要

The aerodynamic drag forces of a high-speed train with or without round pits were investigated. The aerodynamic drag reduction is mainly due to the pressure difference. The round pits installed on the coupling cover contribute nearly 2% for the aerodynamic drag reduction of high-speed trains.
