The present invention relates to a natural circulation type hot water supply system using solar heat for local heating. The present invention comprises a solar heat collector for collecting solar heat; a solar energy collector circulation pipe connected to the solar energy collector to allow a working fluid to circulate inside; a heat storage tank in which the working fluid exchanges heat with water for living; a hot water circulation pipe which is connected to the heat storage tank and which comprises a hot water intake pipe for supplying water to the heat storage tank and a hot water discharge pipe for discharging water; a joint pipe for connecting the hot water intake pipe to the hot water discharge pipe; a check valve on the joint pipe to selectively open or close the joint pipe; a circulation pump on the joint pipe to allow water inside the heat storage tank to circulate through the joint pipe; a controller for controlling the operation of the circulation pump to prevent the hot water circulation pipe from freezing and bursting; and a local heating medium operated by hot water supplied according to the opening and closing operation of the joint pipe. The natural circulation type hot water supply system according to the present invention enables local heating by allowing hot water heated by solar heat to be used for its main purpose, to be used for freeze protection using only a small part of the hot water, and to be supplied to a detachable indoor hot water mat; and increases the temperature of water using an auxiliary heater installed on a hot water intake hose when the temperature of the heat storage tank is lower than the lowest heating temperature.
