The present invention relates to a forced circulation type hot-water system using solar energy for local heating. The present invention includes a heat collecting device collecting solar energy; a heat collecting device circulation pipe connected to the heat collecting device, wherein an operational medium wherein solar energy collected by the heat collecting device circulates; a heat storage tank wherein water for living and the operational medium are heat exchanged; a hot-water circulation pipe connected to the heat storage tank and composed of a hot-water pipe where the hot water inside the heat storage tank is supplied and a water-return pipe where the used water is returned; a distributor connected to the water-return pipe inside the heat storage tank and discharging hot water of the same temperature with the temperature of an inlet; a portable-water pipe connected to the heat storage tank and receiving portable water; and a local-heating medium operated by the hot water circulating inside the hot-water circulation pipe. By the distributor to the water-return pipe while locally heating by utilizing the hot water heated by solar heat for a main purpose and supplying an extremely little amount of the hot water to an indoor detachable hot-water mat in the winter, the present invention minimizes the hot water mixed with water of low temperatures inside the heat storage tank; supplies the water of high temperatures to the hot-water mat for a long period of time; provides a structure capable of being connected to the hot-water mat in which a change in a building structure is not necessary; and allows a user (resident) to easily recognize the state that local heating.
