The present invention relates to initial rainwater induction pipes for a river bridge, an initial rainwater induction method using the induction pipes, and a nonpoint pollution reduction facility with having the initial rainwater induction pipes and a reduction method. More particularly, the present invention relates to initial rainwater induction pipes for a river bridge for inducing initial rainwater to a nonpoint pollution reduction facility, comprising multiple vertical pipes where rainwater, which is collected in a waterway installed on one side of the road surface of a bridge, flows; a horizontal drain pipe, which is connected to each end of the vertical pipes and is installed to the reduction facility installed in the ground area of an abutment along the longitudinal direction of the bridge, and which induces the initial rainwater of the collected rainwater to the reduction facility; and an overflow pipe, which is installed on one side of the each vertical pipe and discharges overflowing water except for the initial rainwater among the rainwater flowing into the vertical pipes to the river after the overflowing water flows in the vertical pipes.
