The present invention relates to novel derivatives having an inhibitory activity of 11- beta -HSD1 enzyme , its preparation method and this relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing as an active ingredient , a compound according to the present invention is 11- beta-hydroxy steroid dehydrogenase kinase type 1 (11 -HSD1) by the by the 11 -HSD1 activity and of selectively inhibiting diseases caused , for example, non-insulin dependent type 2 diabetes , insulin resistance , obesity , lipid disorders , metabolic syndrome , and may be useful as therapeutic agents for the treatment of diseases and conditions mediated by excessive glucocorticoid action .
