The present invention relates to a novel wing piece and a cascading screw thread coupling structure using the wing piece, in which a screw thread as a core component of a screw transfer conveyor installed for transferring a material can be manufactured more quickly, simply, easily, and economically than a conventional screw thread is, thereby significantly saving manufacturing time and cost. Bent wing pieces (210) as the wing pieces include: a shaft coupling part (211) at the inside thereof which tightly contacts the outer circumferential surface of the rotation shaft (100) and is fixed thereto; and a screw boundary part (212) at the outside thereof which has an arc corresponding to an outer diameter of the screw thread (200). A flat plate part (213) is horizontally disposed between the shaft coupling part (211) and the screw boundary part (212) and increases in width from the shaft coupling part (211) toward the screw boundary part (212).
