PURPOSE: A steel plate for an oil sand slurry pipe with excellent wear-resistance and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to be produced into a pipe and to have excellent wear resistance in the severe wear environment of an oil sand slurry pipe and ensure the excellent corrosion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a steel plate for an oil sand slurry pipe with excellent wear-resistance comprises the following the steps of: heating a steel slab including 0.25 to 0.35 wt% of carbon, 0.1 to 0.5 wt% of silicon, 1.4 to 1.8 wt% of manganese, 0.05 wt% less than of aluminum, 0.03 wt% less than of phosphorus, 0.03 wt% less than of sulfur, 0.01 wt% less than of nitrogen, 0.4 wt% less than of chrome, and the remains of iron and the other unavoidable impurities; finish-hot-rolling the heated steel slab in the temperature range of Ar3 to Ar3+200C in the reduction ratio of 50% or more; and cooling the heated hot-rolled steel material at the speed of 0.5 to 5 C/sec.
