The present invention relates to a pressurization type acupressure tool and a clothing product including the pressurization type acupressure tool and the press acupressure tool comprising: a cover member which includes a junction part for heat fusion or sewing in the outer edge on a cloth material and a safe receipt part opened towards the cloth material in the inner side of the junction part; an acupressure member which is stored in the inner side of the safe receipt part and includes an acupressure protrusion for applying pressure to blood dots in one side and a pressure plate for pressing the acupressure protrusion; and a cushion member which includes a storage hole accommodating the acupressure protrusion of the acupressure member and is elastically attached to one side of the pressure plate. The present invention performs acupressure by exposing the acupressure protrusion to blood dots by pressing the pressure plate only when acupressure is required, makes the protrusion part be stored to the inner space of the cushion member in original condition by the cushion member when the acupressure is completed and makes the cover member be in contact to a skin, thereby enabling a user having a sensitive skin to regularly use the cloth product equipped with the acupressure member with convenient earing sensation by the surface texture of the cover member made up of functional clothes (air permeability, sweat absorption and the like) without repulsion on the acupressure protrusion.
