The present invention relates to an organic/inorganic combination tandem solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, an organic/inorganic combination tandem solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof, given in the present invention, include a substrate; a transparent electrode layer which is formed on the substrate; an inorganic photoactive layer which is stacked on the transparent electrode layer; an indium tin oxide electron transport layer which is stacked on the inorganic photoactive layer; a polyethylene dioxythiophene (3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene): polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) hole transport layer which is stacked on the electron transport layer; an organic photoactive layer which is stacked on the hole transport layer; and a rear electrode layer which is stacked on the organic photoactive layer. In the present invention, an insulation layer, which is composed of the indium tin oxide electron transport layer and the polyethylene dioxythiophene (3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene): polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) hole transport layer, is inserted between the inorganic photoactive layer and the organic photoactive layer of the organic/inorganic combination tandem solar cell, thereby enhancing resistance contact between an inorganic solar cell and an organic solar cell. Furthermore, by providing a space for electrons and holes excited from the inorganic solar cell and the organic solar cell to be re-combined effectively, the photoelectric transformation efficiency of the organic/inorganic combination tandem solar cell can be improved.
