The present invention relates to a separable transparent soundproof wall and a construction method thereof, which can shorten the working time and improve the work efficiency by enabling separate assembly of a transparent plate forming a soundproof wall. For the transparent soundproof wall of the present invention, a transparent plate (20) is inserted and installed between supports (10), and an upper part and a lower part of the transparent plate (20) are supported by a support frame (30). On the support frame (30), a transparent plate securing protrusion (31) on which the transparent plate is secured, and a frame securing protrusion (32) on which a transparent plate fixing frame (40) is secured for fixing the transparent plate (20) are formed. To the frame securing protrusion (32), the transparent plate fixing frame (40), which has a ��shaped cross section whose upper part is open in order to prevent the transparent plate (20) from being separated, is coupled. To the transparent plate fixing frame (40), a coupling bolt (50) is coupled for fixing to the frame securing protrusion (32), which has a coupling nut (60) for coupling with the coupling bolt (50).
