The present invention relates to a polyolefin based environmentally friendly floor material for substituting PVC and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, a polyolefin based environmentally friendly floor material for substituting PVC and a manufacturing method thereof capable of including volume properties and flexibility due to a foaming layer and improving productivity as continuous processing is possible due to calendar forming.
