The purpose of the present invention is to provide a dualistic regenerative air-conditioning device with a latent and sensible heat storage capable of replacing a heat pump for a broken heat pump by using two heat pumps, maximizing the efficiency of each function of heating, cooling, heat storage, and ice thermal storage by enabling various types of driving according to loads, such as cooling driving, heating driving for light loads, hot water driving for middle and high loads, and high temperature heat storage driving for light loads, and increasing economic feasibility by reducing costs for maintenance and operation and preventing energy waste while increasing facility convenience by simplifying the composition of an existing air-conditioning device.
