The present invention relates to a method for stabilizing the antioxidant activity of an Inuleae extract which has the antioxidant activity. According to the present invention, provided is a method for stabilizing the antioxidant activity of Inuleae extract, which includes: (A) a step of mixing 0.2-1 wt% of an antioxidant, 0.3-3 wt% of an Inuleae ethanol extract, and 0.5 to 3 wt% of a biodegradable polymer in 54-63 wt% of a heated glycerin; (B) a step of adding and dissolving 1-15 wt% of a Phaseolus radiatus-lactic acid bacteria extract; (C) a step of mixing 0.5-4 wt% of lecithin and softening the lecithin; (D) a step of adding and stirring 5-20 wt% of an Inuleae hot-water extract to the solution; and (E) a step of forming a nanoemulsion with a size of 40-150 nm using a microfluidizer. The Inuleae extract stabilized according to the method can be usefully applied as a raw material for an anti-aging cosmetic composition by securing antimicrobial and whitening activity with a small amount since the stabilized Inuleae extract can maintain the antioxidant activity for a long term.
