MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR LIQUOR CONTAINING INGREDIENT OF LEECH SALIVA AND LIQUOR CONTAINING INGREDIENT OF LEECH SALIVA THEREBY

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of leech liquor having improved functionality using leech and the leech liquor manufactured thereby, used for medical treatment and beauty treatment, such as Hirudo Verbana or Hirudinaria Manillensis. An embodiment of the manufacturing method of the leech liquor comprises; (a1) a step of forming a leech solution by adding 0.05-0.15 %(w/v) of leech powder to 20-50 %(v/v) of an ethyl alcohol solution; (b1) a step of ripening the leech solution prepared at step (a1) at a shady place of 5-15C for 7-30 days after sealing the leech solution; (c1) a step of completing leech liquor by stirring the leech solution once or twice every 2-3 days during a ripening process of step (b1); and (d1) a step of bottling the completed leech liquor and commercializing the same after step (c1). Another embodiment of the present invention provides a manufacturing method of leech liquor, comprising; (a2) a step of forming a leech solution by adding 0.1-0.3 %(w/v) of alive leech to 20-50 %(v/v) of an ethyl alcohol solution (S50); (b2) a step of ripening the leech solution at a shady place of 5-15C for 90-120 days after sealing the leech solution formed at step (a2); (c2) a step of completing leech liquor by stirring the leech solution once or twice every 7-10 days during a ripening process of step (b2); and (d2) a step of bottling the completed leech liquor and commercializing the same after step (c1).
