MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR PILL CONTAINING INGREDIENT OF LEECH SALIVA

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a pill with enhanced functionality containing ingredient of leech saliva, wherein the pill is prepared by using leeches such as Hirudo Verbana or Hirudinaria Manillensis which are used for medicinal or cosmetic purpose. To achieve the purpose, the method for preparing a pill containing ingredient of leech saliva according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: (a) drying leeches starved for 90 to 120 days for enabling intake of saliva of leeches to have 5 to 10 wt% of water content and pulverizing the resultant to 50 to 100 mesh; (b) homogeneously mixing 50 to 75 parts by weight of honey having 15 to 20 wt% of water content and 1 to 5 parts by weight of glutinous rice flour with respect to 100 parts by weight of the pulverized leeches; (c) storing the homogeneously mixed leeches, honey, and glutinous rice flour in a shady place by using a glass or ceramic container for 1 to 2 hours to minimize an influence of external factors; (d) preparing a mixture in which leeches, honey, and glutinous rice flour are homogeneously mixed to a pill with a diameter of 3 to 4 mm containing ingredient of leech saliva; and (e) commercializing the prepared pill containing ingredient of leech saliva by bottling.
