A method for manufacturing nylon coated fabric with excellent mechanical stretch properties comprises the steps of : (i) padding fabric, made of nylon complex fibers comprising two kinds of nylon based polymers, in a preprocess solution comprising a refining agent, a desizing gent, and sodium hydroxide and then aging the padded fabric by winding the fabric around a winding beam at the low temperature of 20-45C for 6-10 hours; (ii) washing and dyeing the aged fabric; (iii) Cire-processing the dyed fabric at the low temperature of 15-30C; and (iv) coating a resin composition on the Cire-processed fabric. The mechanical stretch properties of nylon fabric is preserved when nylon coated fabric is manufactured by weaving nylon complex fibers based on two kinds of nylon based polymers and refining, dyeing, and resin-coating nylon fabric with the mechanical stretch properties.
