Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance extracts compositions for treating or preventing inflammatory diseases

PURPOSE: A composition containing Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance extract is provided to effectively suppress inflammation and acute and chronic inflammation. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating inflammatory diseases contains Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance extract as an active ingredient. The extract contains 1.0-0.5 wt% of caffeine as an indicator. The inflammatory diseases include arthritis, adema, and immune diseases. A method for preparing the extract comprises: a step of extracting Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance with water, alcohol or an alcohol solution, cooling and filtering; a step of concentrating the liquid at 50-90 C; and a step of adding alcohol and centrifuging at 700-1,200 rpm.
