Provided in the present invention is a safety fuse arming device for a bomb, which comprises a rotation member housing having a groove inside, a motor applying the rotatory force, and a rotating member combined with the motor to reciprocate in a certain angle range, wherein the rotating member comprises an explosion line aligned with an explosion line of the outside to operate a fuse, and a solenoid complex limiting the rotation by hang in the groove, thereby enabling the loading test and the return to a safe condition even after being assembled with the bomb, and enabling the re-load in the safe condition.
