Method for providing Customer Relationship Management service using Near Field Communication terminal, the Near Field Communication terminal and Customer Relationship Management systme thereof
PURPOSE: A customer relationship management service providing method allows a user to easily obtain and use a coupon using an NEF device, analyzes the interval between a coupon-obtaining point and a coupon-using point of the user, and provides the user with a customized customer relationship management service. CONSTITUTION: A near field communications (NFC) device (100) obtains one or more coupons from a first coupon source (400, 410) via an NFC network. The NFC device uses one or more coupons by communicating with a certain point of sales (POS) device (200) via the NFC network. A customer relationship management (CRM) system (300) is alerted by the NFC device or the POS device that the coupon has been used and provides a certain CRM service to the NFC device. The CRM service is generated by the CRM system based on the gap between the coupon-obtaining point and the coupon-using point.
