The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an LF antenna for a vehicle with an improved watertight structure and an LF antenna device for a vehicle with the improved watertight structure thereby. The manufacturing method of the LF antenna for a vehicle with the improved airtight structure according to the present invention comprises: a first step of assembling a PCB for external cable connection on one side of ferrite; a second step of forming a ferrite tube surrounding the outer circumference of the ferrite and winding an antenna coil around the outer surface of the ferrite tube; a third step of fixing an external cable connected to an external device and the end of the antenna coil to the PCB for external cable connection to electrically connect the antenna coil and the external device; a fourth step of injection molding a watertight molded body integrally surrounding one side of the ferrite and the circumference of the PCB for external cable connection into a macromelt molding material; and a fifth step of injection molding an external case molded body totally surrounding the ferrite, the antenna coil, and the watertight molded body into the molding material with the same material as the watertight molded body.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
