The present invention relates to a thermal shock fatigue testing device of a radiator. More specifically, the thermal shock fatigue testing device of the radiator alternately supplies high-temperature fluid and low-temperature fluid to a target radiator, and provides stress through thermal expansion by the high-temperature fluid and thermal contraction by the low-temperature fluid so as to test fatigue due to thermal shock. Therefore, the thermal shock fatigue testing device of the radiator can control a flow amount of the fluid flowing and a replacement cycle of the high-temperature fluid and the low-temperature fluid according to an embodiment of a user and the capacity of the radiator.
