The present invention relates to a kiln-type oak barbecue device comprising: a kiln-type body (10) including a discharge unit (11) vertically equipped at one side, a roasting unit (12) for roasting meat therein, a roof formed in a dome shape, and a cleaning unit (14) equipped at the bottom thereof; a heat source moving body (20) equipped with a supply pipe path (21) which is connected with the roasting unit (12) equipped in the kiln-type body (10) so as to provide the roasting unit (12) with smoke and heat generated when oak is combusted; and a combustor (30) which is connected with the supply pipe path (21) of the heat source moving body (20), is equipped in multiple stages downward from the heat source moving body (20), has a settling unit (32) on which a caldron (31) is put, and has a feeding hole (33) formed at the bottom thereof. In the present invention, the kiln-type body in which meat is roasted is formed in a dome-shaped kiln. Smoke and heat generated when oak is combusted is provided to the kiln-type body when meat is roasted, so that the meat can be roasted with the smoke and heat and tastes and flavors can be rich. The meat can be prevented from being burnt, and meat juice intactly remains in the meat, so that a user can feel the soft taste of the meat when biting the meat due to the meat juice. Both the kiln-type body and the combustor are produced by stacking ocher bricks so that effects from far infrared rays or anions included in the ocher bricks can be expected.
