This invention is a catalyst for the preparation of glycerol carbonate from glycerol , glycerol from glycerol and its preparation method using the same. relates to a process for producing a polycarbonate , more particularly to a metal nitrate aqueous solution of NaOH in a mixed aqueous solution of zinc and aluminum nitrate , KOH aqueous solution , or NH 4 (OH) and NaOH was added to a mixture of aqueous solution after the mixture was aged for aging , and then the mixture was filtered and washed and the oxygen , nitrogen or helium under manufacturing a catalyst for the production of glycerol carbonate from glycerol by firing , from glycerol and urea by using a catalyst prepared as described above high conversion rates, and also relates to a method for selecting and manufacture of glycerol carbonate yield . ;
