METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR EXTRACTING CORE EVENTS BASED ON MESSAGE ANALYSIS IN SOCIAL NETWORK SERVICE

Disclosed are a method and a system for extracting core events using message analysis of a social network service. The present invention searches messages transmitted on an SNS corresponding to a query which is an issue, extracts word candidates from the searched messages, calculates a change in the number of messages in the SNS using chi-square, along with appearance frequency, frequency shown with an emotional expression, retransmission frequency for each of the extracted word candidates, and extracts, as a core event word expressing a core event, a word candidate including all of the appearance frequency, the frequency shown with an emotional expression, the retransmission frequency, and the change in the number of messages, thereby extracting and analyzing core events generated for a specific issue easily and accurately through messages in the SNS.
