PURPOSE: A SNS(Social Network Service) based connection support system, a terminal thereof and a method thereof are provided to provide communications service such as a voice message, a text message and a video call through a SNS ID having various types.;CONSTITUTION: A database(230) corresponds the terminal identification information of terminals including a first terminal(240) to more than one SNS ID and stores the terminal identification information of the terminals corresponded to the SNS IDs. A subscriber authentication server(220) inquires the database using the SNS ID included in the terminal identification information by a request for the terminal identification information from a SNS server(210). The subscriber authentication server inquires the terminal identification information of a stored terminal corresponded to the SNS ID and provides the terminal identification information to the SNS server.
