The present invention relates to an eco-friendly bactericidal disinfectant composition with an excellent larvacidal activity and spreading effect, the composition allowing to control and prevent a larva and disinfect without adding a herbicide, an insecticide, a fungicide, or the like, in a health center, and agricultural, livestock and flower farms and so on, and more particularly, to a composition including nano-silver active water, coconut oil, citric acid, and liquid sulfur. The eco-friendly bactericidal disinfectant composition with an excellent larvacidal activity and spreading effect, has an excellent effect in controlling and preventing a larva without adding a herbicide, an insecticide, and a fungicide, or the like; consists of natural ingredients not to lead to environmental pollution when being sprayed and dispersed; has superior dispersion and spreading effects; and also does not cause an unpleasant odor.
