The present invention relates to a sensing film for structure state detection and a sensing film manufactured by using the same. The sensing film for structure state detection includes a first film layer containing a thermosetting resin, a stress-sensitive dye, and an epoxy resin; and an ultraviolet blocking layer formed on one surface of the first film layer. The thermosetting resin is one or more selected from polymethyl metacrylate (PMMA), polycarbonate (PC), polyethersulfone (PES), polyester, linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), and high-density polyethylene (HDPE). The first film layer contains 100 parts by weight of the thermosetting resin, 0.2 to 3 parts by weight of the stress-sensitive dye, and 15 to 40 parts by weight of the epoxy resin. The thickness of the first film layer is 40 micrometers to 1.5 mm. The thickness of the ultraviolet blocking layer is 10 to 500 micrometers.
