The present invention relates to a micro-mixer having improved functions for mixing two different fluids. More specifically, the micro-mixer comprises: a micro-path including first and second feeding holes through which the fluids are fed and a discharging hole through which the fluids are discharged; two or more disc-type mixing units disposed between the feeding holes and the discharging hole; and one or more first and second channels disposed between the mixing units. The first feeding hole is connected with one side bottom surface of the mixing units, and the second feeding hole is connected with one side top surface of the mixing units. The first channel is connected with the left bottom surface of a neighboring mixing unit from the right top surface of the mixing units, and the second channel is connected with the left top surface of a neighboring mixing unit from the right bottom surface of the mixing units. In the micro-mixer according to the present invention, fluids pass through a channel and are irregularly fed in mixing units so that the fluids have different flow directions. A surface area in which the fluids meet is increased, and the flows of the fluids are made to be softly connected, so that mixing functions can be improved and the micro-mixer can be effectively used in the Lab-on a Chip industry.
